Wyoming spans the Black Hills edge, Bighorn Mountains, Powder River Basin, Wind River country, Red Desert, Laramie Range, Snowy Range, high plains, sagebrush basins, and the Yellowstone and Teton gateway landscape. Major managed landscapes include Wyoming State Parks and Historic Sites, Yellowstone National Park, Grand Teton National Park, Bighorn National Forest, Shoshone National Forest, Bridger-Teton National Forest, Medicine Bow National Forest, Thunder Basin National Grassland, Devils Tower National Monument, Bighorn Canyon National Recreation Area, and extensive BLM and state lands.
