A major trail event creates relationships, local knowledge, and momentum that usually dissipate after the finish line.

Questions for discussion:
- What community value exists before, during, and after an event?
- Which conversations should persist?
- Which conversations should close after the event window?
- What creates value for participants without adding operational burden for organizers?
- How can clubs, stewards, race organizers, and visitors connect without turning the community into another social-media feed?
